 Registration fee includes:

  • Access to the online system enabling the pre-scheduling of one-on-one meetings as well as on-site scheduling

  • Admission to the exhibition area
  • Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
  • Conference book
  • BioSquare dinner events during the conference

Profiles or changes submitted online after February 2, 2008 will be reflected online but not in the conference book.
After March 7, registration will be available onsite only.
Companies with 3 full-paying delegates will receive 1 complimentary ticket for the 4th attendee of that company.


Payment
You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment (online, bank transfer) shortly after your registration. The invoice is payable within 15 business days.
To guarantee the early registration discount (deadline January 18, 2008) payments must be received by February 3, 2008.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing by January 25, 2008, to fax number +33 4 78 92 70 15 to receive a refund (minus 250 Euro processing fee). Refunds will be processed after BioSquare 2008.
After January 25, 2008, the full registration fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from your company.
NB: No-shows will be billed for the full registration fee.
