Partnering
BioSquare attendees will benefit from a unique and powerful internet tool allows participants to prepare for private meetings with potential partners beforehand. Participants will be able to access the password protected area of the site to research partnering opportunities through keyword searches of detailed profiles on all companies, contact other users and arrange private One-on-One meetings.
It's search functions will allow you to research according to your interests. By supplying the system with search criteria, each time you login you will be able to see whenever a company profile matches your criteria. While this functionality will not totally replace your own screening – which we have facilitated with a dedicated search system - it will help you to save time.
Companies may submit up to 60 meeting requests with representatives of other companies. The pre-scheduling system is based on the requests and their acceptance by the requested party. More than 5.200 meetings were scheduled at BioSquare 2006.
Meetings are scheduled at 30 minute intervals and last 25 minutes. Participants can reserve time slots for attending company presentations or for personal meetings, which can be held in the exhibition area.
