Additional Sponsor Benefits
A sponsor’s additional benefits are based upon the company’s partnership level.
As the level of financial support increases, sponsorship benefits increase accordingly. In addition to the descriptions below, please refer to the Bioconvergence Partners Benefits Matrix for greater details.
Logo recognition & Corporate Advertising
Keynote Luncheons
All sponsors at the Platinum level will be offered the possibility to sponsor either Monday or Tuesday’s Keynote luncheon.
Featuring top-name speakers, the BioSquare keynote luncheons will be as exhilarating as they are thought-provoking. The lunch sessions are open to all BioSquare 2010 registrants.
Sponsor benefits include recognition signage, a speaking role for your representative, a three-minute corporate video to be shown during meal service and the possibility to place promotional materials and giveaways at each place setting.
All signage, food and beverage will be provided, with no additional costs to the sponsor.
Session Programme
All partners at the Platinum and Gold level will be offered the possibility to sponsor a Session at no extra cost. Silver partners will also have the possibility to sponsor a Session with additional costs.
The BioSquare programme will include up to several round tables and workshops,covering important industry issues. These 70-minute sessions will accommodate between 50 – 100 people.
The sponsor is invited to introduce the moderator. Sponsors receive corporate logo recognition inside the room on the presentation screen and outside the room on signage. Sponsors also have the opportunity to display company promotional materials at the
session room.
Complimentary Registrations
Complimentary registrations are provided to BioSquare partners.
Website advertising
Partners at the Platinum and Gold level will be offered the possibility to publish a corporate video on BioSquare website for extra visibility.
Silver partners will have the option to purchase the video.
Platinum Partner’s Booth
The 2010 Platinum Bioconvergence partners will have the opportunity to have their own customized exhibition booth providing tremendous visibility.
A Dedicated Partnering Suite may be offered to the Platinum Partners upon request
