As storage space is limited, please ensure that your booth systems are shipped for arrival between Monday, 18th and Sunday, 31st January, from 09.00 am to 06.00pm.
Please note that you are responsible for the customs fees for every shipping. If not, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the delivery.

Bare booth:

Sunday, January 31st: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Lounge:

Sunday, January 31st: 2:00 am to 6:00 pm

Booth dismantling

Tuesday, February 2nd: 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Please note to plan the return of your material as it will be impossible to store them on-site after the event. As the storage space is limited, no packages should be left after booth dismantling.
