Payment

You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment (credit card, bank transfer, check) shortly after your registration.

The invoice is payable within 15 business days.

To guarantee the early registration discount (deadline December 25, 2009) payments must be received by January 15, 2010.

Cancellations must be sent in writing by December 18, 2009,
to fax number +33 4 78 92 70 15 to receive a refund (minus € 250 processing fee).
Refunds will be processed after BioSquare 2010.
After December 18, 2009, the full registration fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from your company.
NB: No-shows will be billed for the full registration fee.
