BioSquare’s Face-2-Face Experience meetings will enable you to meet more representatives in less time and in optimized working conditions.
You will be able to identify and select representatives whose interests match your own. During the event, the Networking Toolbox will save you from unnecessary waiting and drawn-out searches for the right contact.
SEVEN STEPS TO MAKE YOUR BioSquare Face-2-Face Experience A SUCCESS
Seven steps or tools that will enable you to meet representatives whose interests match your own.
1. Register and introduce yourself online:
Each participant will complete a registration form that will enable him/her to:
a) present his/her area of expertise and activities,
b) give precise indications about the kind of contacts they would like to make, and specific topics they would like to discuss: technical, trade, finance, etc.
2. Indicate Availability:
Each participant will indicate when they are available for Face-2-Face meetings.
3. Explore "who's who" and select representatives:
A "who's who" presenting all the participants will be accessible on the website. Each participant will be able to look through the introductions about each representative. They will then choose which representatives they wish to meet with a Face-2-Face meeting. A search engine is also available.
4. Priorities:
Each participant will be able to rank his/her demands in order of priority.
5. Preview and refuse meeting requests:
Each participant will be able to preview the Face-2-Face meetings proposed by others, and may refuse the request, explaining the reason of her/his decision.
6. Personalized schedule of Face-2-Face meetings:
A personalized schedule of Face-2-Face meetings will be created, taking into account:
- requests and priorities of each participant,
- common requests,
- balance between supply and demand.
The schedule will state:
- the time of the meeting,
- the place
- the list of meetings which were not possible to schedule. This gives a last chance for representatives to meet during meal times, coffee breaks, etc.
7. Face-2-Face Experience and SMS alerts:
Participants will meet Face-2-Face at the scheduled time and place. During the event, they are completely free to plan new meetings, using the Cyber space or using WiFi. Representatives will be informed in real time by SMS of new requests for Face-2-Face meetings. They can confirm on the Internet or can automatically accept them.
